The Piraha People of the Amazon

Coquelicot's work has evolved through her more than 20 years of experience of being a minister with the Association & Integration of the Whole Person (AIWP). To every session, Coquelicot brings her intuition and vast knowledge base. Then she gets out of the way to let something else arise; she makes room for a larger knowledge, and invites grace to enter. Coquelicot has a capacity for deep listening, listening beyond the limits of her personality and academic learning. By dropping and melting into something much larger than herself, she becomes simultaneously a student and a teacher, a facilitator and a catalyst. From there, she supports people to free themselves from the internal obstacles that block their innate ability to access this source directly.

Chapter 69

The Prayer inside you
Takes you to that place,
Where lies the other side of things.
That other place of white hot fire,
It is the source of all things.
As you are taken, First the green leaf of love
Is burnt to ashes,
And then it is given a new being,
A new life.
In the middle of This white hot fire Resides the Prayer. From here
All things return Laden with water.
Unless you reach this place
Beyond ordinary thought,
Unless you reach this height
Beyond ordinary rocks and cliffs,
You are not ready to see
Things returned to Earth,
Which receives this Beyond.
This Prayer resides
In the burning of all things to ashes. That which does not burn
Is drowned in sorrow.
You are received in this space, Where the inside of the Beyond Delivers things back to Earth.
Prayer is the shell,
In the burning sun,
In which rests water.
There is water in this deadly flame. Which you do not see.
Be in this
Burning Hell of Agony,
That the water in the Prayer
May reach you.
That place which faces The Valley of Ordinary Hope Is without water.
They all run like fools To that ordinary hope, To the ends of the Earth; But they are overtaken By what dries totally,
And delivers them
To nothingness.
Those who cry for water, Tell them,
This ordinary hope is a hoax.
The Prayer waits upon them In the Heaven,
To deliver them
From what dries them totally.
This hardness within
Is like the unbending steel,
With void in it
Of rejection and sorrow.
The heat strikes
This unbending, nonfeeling nothingness,  Which is truly emptiness,
With no hope in it.
Even when you are unwilling
The Prayer comes to you finally,
And opens your armor
To the blue sky,
And what lies in it.
In this ordinary waiting,
Your shiny silvery hope
Will not bring you what you need. What you need is a Prayer:
At the high point,
To stay open and receive
What is to come.
The Prayer drives the wedge
Between sorrow and nothingness. This Prayer—like vapor,
This cloudlike apparition in the soul, -This testimony of wind and storm,
Eternally festooning
_The path of life,
Is a Child holding the sun. Let it come to you
And cut you off
From the shore.
On to the Sea of Life.
Look. there is a Sea Ahead of you.
But you are to be burnt, Before the Prayer
Draws you to itself. You must be burnt
At the hotpoint of truth,
For things to come; To draw out
What is to come.
Sweating and burning in heat You rise to higher things.
One who stood forlorn Before the Door of Dust, Now peeps through Prayer
Into the Beyond.
Alert, not covetous, He sees
What is totally naked From head to toe, And all ready to give
From beginning to end.
He becomes brighter and redder
Prayer for the new things to come.
Rising from this world in agony, Over to the other world,
In Prayer,
You saw the Beyond.
Like a rushing vapor.
Pouring upon this world,
Which was receiving it without resistance. 'This world wanted to go there
To see the vapor,
And to be with the vapor, And to return with the vapor, And pour with the vapor, Upon this dryness.
You saw the vapor
Pouring upon this world.
The wandering here was endless.
And then the need came
For going there,
To bring what was there, here.
The separation of the two worlds
Had made this place empty.
Now all things will be filled
With this vapor,
Which now you see,
In Prayer,
Coming from the other world to this world.
There is death here, There is no vapor here.

Your prayer awaits
On the Ecstasy
Of Heaven,
Ready to cross over.

Coquelicot teaches didactically, experientially and by example. She brings to each session a lifetime's worth of tools, exercises and practices that I use at home to further my own development. Her genius combines intuition, sensing and a comprehensive knowledge of human emotional and biological development. What I've learned from her has not only given me a deeper understanding of my own patterns, dynamics and behaviors, it's also enhanced my understanding of others. I am a far more compassionate person thanks Coquelicot. In fact to the degree that I am a more evolved being in any regard, Coquelicot was instrumental in my transformation.

"Dear God:

Please untie the knots that are in my mind, my heart and my life. Remove the have nots, the can nots and the do nots that I have in my mind. Erase the will nots,
may nots,
might nots that may find a home in my heart.
Release me from the could nots, would nots and should nots that obstruct my life.
And most of all,
Dear God,
I ask that you remove from my mind,
my heart and my life, all of the 'am nots' that I have allowed to hold me back, especially the thought that I am not good enough. Amen."
