Through understanding childhood development and trauma based life experiences Coquelicot will help you figure out what you missed and then support you to grow that under-resourced skill by practicing interpersonal and body-based skills together and then support you to take those skills out into your world.

Personal Coaching Life Skills Training

Coquelicot brings a diverse array of approaches to support each client's needs. Her gift lies in understanding how people's life experience blocks them so that they miss the ecstatic dance that life offers. Following are brief descriptions of some of these unique approaches.

Compassion Matrix: Coquelicot's contribution to the somatic community is the Compassion Matrix TM, a meta-system through which we consciously build and practice all the steps necessary for embodying learning in any discipline. It will teach you to slow down and process what your mind, emotions and body believes so that you can let go of old ways of looking at things (biological biography) and create new pathways and possibilities for living a fully engaged life. It is a meta-system that consists of five steps, or ways of listening, that will revolutionize the way that you relate to yourself and the world around you. As the Compassion Matrix TM becomes an integral part of your life, you will be increasingly able to integrate insights and teachings, old and new, and then translate them into action for a new lived experience.

Muscle Psychology: Is based on Bodynamics research and discovery over the last 40 years. Each muscle has a psychological and movement based meaning. By understanding the meaning and intelligence of a particular muscle in the body and whether it has decided to give up or hang on tightly, we can work with that muscle, understand its connection to a particular age of development and/or a life skill and support you to towards a more flexible and resilient relationship to that particular life skill.

Resource Life Skills Trainings: Body-based systems that address non-integrated, overcompensated, and under resourced aspects of your life. They do so by integrating insight and practice with understanding of developmental themes and milestones that correspond to body expression, gesture and movement.

Body-based Trauma Resolution for people with physical or interpersonal trauma: We will explore and guide you to get past painful limitations at the mental, emotional, and psychological levels, helping you to resolve outdated survival strategies. You will find yourself moving through life feeling more confident and walking with more dignity and self- possession.

Developmental Dance: Is a way to explore life skill and developmental themes through music and dance. We will explore some of the key muscles and themes related to this life skill or stage of development. You will integrate body movement and mindset and dance to different kinds of music that will help you organize and embody this specific skill set.

Many of us devote our lives to the quest for wholeness. If you've spent years in therapy, spiritual counseling, self-help groups, workshops and seminars, you may have achieved considerable healing and made great strides towards personal evolution and physical health. And yet, if you still haven't manifested enough of the freedom, aliveness, and connection to source that you long for, then Body Dynamics and the work of Coquelicot Gilland are available to help you access more of your innate potential.

Third Force The overarching presence that guides our work. To every session, Coquelicot brings her intuition and knowledge base. Then she gets out of the way to let something else arise; she makes room for a larger knowledge, and invites grace to enter. Coquelicot has a capacity for listening beyond the limits of her personality and academic learning. By melting into something much larger than herself, she becomes simultaneously a student and teacher, a facilitator and a catalyst. From there she supports people to free themselves from the internal obstacles that block their innate ability to access this source directly.

Costs: Personal Coaching and Life Skills Training – Including: The Compassion Matrix, Muscle Psychology, Resource Oriented Skills Training, and Developmental Dance is available in 50 minute or 1hr 45 minute segments.

If you are coming for a one time only session for Coaching, 50 minute session is $130, 1hr 45 minutes session is $250. If you are committing to long-term work with Coquelicot, a 50 minute session is 115.00, and a 1hr 45 minute session is 220.00.

Body-Based Trauma Resolution work is available in 50 minutes, 1hr 45 minutes, and 3hr 30 minute segments.

If you are coming for a one time only session for Body-based Trauma Resolution work, 50 minutes is $140, 1 hr 45 minutes is $260, And 3 hr 30 minute session would be 390.00. If you are committing to long-term work with Coquelicot, a 50 minute session is 125.00, and a 1hr 45 minute session is 240.00, and a 3 hr 30 minute session would be 360.00.
